Registration Fees include Wednesday and Thursday sessions, social/networking events, coffee breaks, and lunch and the awards banquet on Wednesday.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to michelle.quinn12@outlook.com.

Cancellations made by March 10, 2025 may be issued a full refund. Cancellations made after this time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a minimum $100 cancellation fee. "No shows" forfeit the entire registration fee.

SCHEDULE OVERVIEW


Scott Oppmann is Esri's ArcGIS Solutions Director. He has over 25 years of experience in the planning, development, implementation, management, and application of technology solutions. 

After pioneering GIS in several government organizations, Scott joined Esri in 2008, with the mission to bridge the gap between government needs and the technology that supports them. He currently leads a team of subject matter experts who design ArcGIS Solutions for common government, utility, and defense workflows.

Prior to joining Esri, Scott was the Application Services Division Manager with Oakland County Michigan’s Department of Information Technology. Scott graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Urban and Regional Planning.

The 2025 Big Sky GeoCon Planning Committee and the Montana Association of Geographic Professionals (MAGIP) invite you to participate in the display and demonstration of your posters, maps, web maps and applications.

Note: If you are attending the conference, all persons submitting a poster will be expected to register for the conference. If you are only coming to present poster/map on Tuesday evening, then no registration necessary.
