Bio
Gail Jorgenson, GIS Program Manager at the City of Bozeman
Born in the southwest city of Tucson, AZ my family migrated to Idaho when I was in my teens. After raising my family, graduating college, and many years of a great life in Boise I moved on to Bozeman, MT where my children (and grandchildren!) are. I have fallen in love with this city, the people, the culture, the landscape. To that end it is with the greatest pleasure that my job allows me to work to support the city’s efforts for clean water (Bozeman Water Project), a robust urban forest (Branch out Bozeman) and community development planning (ArcGIS Urban). My desire is to leave a legacy for those who follow me to seize the opportunities life puts in your path, reach for goals that are in your heart and to be inclusive in all aspects of your daily walk through this great journey we call life. Cheers!
