"As the President of the North Rockies URISA chapter in Idaho National URISA is asking us for our membership boundary. I would like your thoughts since Idaho and Montana share conferences and Montana does not have a group under the National URISA. Would you be interested in Montana and Idaho being in the same URISA group? I really appreciate your thoughts."
